Welcome to one of my various homes in cyberspace. I hope you find this site both entertaining and educational. This is my life if you can understand what is here and why then you will understand me!

Due to some issues in the past some content is restricted to contacts only and have become selective about who contacts are in that if you do not add something to the dynamic bring value to either someone associated with this blog or the blog itself your invite will not be accepted. Manipulative people, Drama Queens, Liars, Manipulators, Two faced people, Back stabbers, Users, Narcissists, Game players and other forms of dysfunctional people are no longer welcome - work on your own issues else where. I have finally had enough of liars and people unwilling to work on themselves – please leave and respect my space. Those interested in truly work on yourself and accepting responsibility for your shortcomings are welcome.

Personally, I am a quiet introverted professional working to determine my place in life and how I can positively influence those around me as well as build my business. Some know me from my 360 page lspearmanii. If you lack personal integrity or if all you can talk about is sex, how your ex did you wrong, or other self-centered superficial issues - please respect your time and mine and keep going. Stay or go it is my prayer that you find the peace of mind we all seek in life.

Professionally I am a strategist and project manager with 20 years of real world experience managing successful projects and concluding within reason to the financial scopes while exceeding expectations and incorporating plans for future scalability. I am also in some circles a politician (a national elected official) – scary right (smile!)

Translation: Anyone who is a more or less a whole person and who can talk about more than how the world revolves around themselves or the best form of self gratification is welcome. This is a very ethnically and culturally diverse space with positive and creative intelligent people. We want to leave the negativity outside (please be respectful). Thanks

DISCLAIMER: The posts here are about me and my perception of truth, if you happen to find something here that touches or helps you - great. Translation (after speaking with my friend Tony this is needed) if a post is about or if I am speaking of you directly you will get an email or a note telling you in advance!!! Have gotten too many emails and PMs from people thinking I am talking about them so felt this disclaimer was needed!!

Remember: The power of the truth is that it can stand alone, needs no explanation or rationalization and with silence grows stronger!

faith not tested is not Faith!!

Grace and Peace be with you!!

To learn more about me aside from my blog go: http://www.linkedin.com/in/lspearmanii

Remember it is only by facing your inner darkness and understanding and integrating it that you can grow and control it instead of living like most and having it control you. Finally remember no one is like or thinks like you so if you never tell them they will never know. Assuming people can read your mind will always leave you disappointed.

Be blessed and at peace!

Note: In some posts you will see blue or purple wording - those are hyperlinks to related posts! Besides, would it not be better to have faith the person is mature enough to say only what they mean and offer them that respect and be right then to try and read between the lines and guess the motivation and be wrong? (in other words – when someone tells you something believe them!)

Click

Click is an Academy Award-nominated 2006 comedy/drama/science fiction/fantasy film directed by Frank Coraci and written by Steve Koren and Mark O'Keefe. Click tells the story of Michael Newman (Adam Sandler), an overworked architect so wrapped up in his job because of his boss John Ammer (David Hasselhoff) that his family is forced to take the backseat.
